Can a shared parenting order be changed once it has been set based on the children wanting to be with one parent vs the other?

Re: Child Custody
A shared parenting plan can always be modified as the court always retains jurisdiction on issues concerning the children. I hope that the other parent agrees to the modification otherwise they could contest the action in court. The standard is the best interst of the children as well as some other minor points.
good luck
