child custody/visitation
Can the father of a child in a pre-trial court hearing for visitation give his power of attorney to me, his father. i am better equiped to handle the situation. the mother has hired an attorney, and even though the guidelines are spelled out, he would be more comfortable having me present his case. Is this a use of power of attroney

Re: child custody/visitation
If you are the grandfather asking to stand in place of your son at a pre-trial concerning his child, no.
