Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Child expenses/Divorce
In our ''agreeded judgment entry'' my daughter's mother is orderd to carry 100% of medical insurance but it states that I am responsible for ''half of any uninsured extraordanary medical expenses''
Does that mean dental, cleaning, fillings, ect... thank you!

Re: Child expenses/Divorce
Uninsured medical, dental, optical, psychological, and related health care expenses including co-payments and deductibles under any health insurance plan for a child are usually considered extraordinary. Sometimes the agreement states that the expenses shall be over a certain amount, for example, $100.00
