Child that does not want to go to her fathers house
I have a 14 year old daughter and she does not want to go to fathers house on the weekend. I have full custd. of her. Her father has remarried and his step-daughter is the same age as our daughter but, she is nothing but trouble. She runs the neighborhood, smokes and is on birth control pills at 13. I keep my daughter away from kids like this and I an expected to send my daughter up there and be around this type of enviroment. Our daughter see's this and does not want to be around this type of atmospere. Is there a way that she does not have to be around this? If so what do I need to do? I want to do all my homework before I hire a lawyer. Do I have any chance to keep her away from all of this. I need your help.....

You have to file a motion to modify visitation to try and restrict contact with the problem child, although nothing the court says is going to make your husband be a better parent. You might want to get human services investigating the problem child.
