my ex is having a child with a guy who lost custody of his children they live in michigan and my son is involved what do i do

In Ohio, this could be grounds for a "change of circumstances" sufficient for you to file a motion to change the custody agreement with your ex. Much will depend upon why the other guy lost custody. You would need to go back to the court that heard your divorce and move for a change of custody based upon your reservations about your ex living with this guy.
