Child Support

My biological father has never paid child support, I was born in 1982 and he was ordered to pay in 1985, I am now 25, is it too late? I have the court's paper work. He joined the army right out of highschool, and I feel the government was protecting their own. I now know his current address.

as long as he was ordered to pay a specific amount starting in 1985, you should still be able to collect for all the unpaid monies
