Child Support

My daughters father whom i have never been married to owes me over $8000 in back child support and is not carrying health insurance as ordered to do so by the court. my daughter is 12 and we never have had a visitation agreement made out that we both agree on. I am the custodial parent and trying to figure out how to resolve the situation.

First of all the child support enforcement agency can attach any tax refund he may be entitled to. That may offset the arrears.

As to the visitation issue; if he is not pushing the issue then drop it otherwise you may want to use the standard order of visitation which can be found at your local domestic relations court. If that order is not appropriate, then you need to let the Court intervene.
