child support

i am the father of a kid from a regretfull relationship she lied and said she could not get pregnaunt me being young and dumb beleaved her now i am in another relationship of 9 years 4 other kids and child support took every penny of my income tax including my stimulas tax check and gave it to the ex while my 4 other kids suffered from me not getting any of my money not even a portion of it and she sits up on welfare and ssi as a tax payer im paying double they wont let me sign my rights off but women can get abortions without the mans perrmision they have started talking about taking my license away they wont take my other kids into consideration because my girlfriend wont file what can i do i asked the court for a lawyer they said no because i put down all zeros at the time my girlfriend had a job and i didnt i checked with legal aid they said they couldnt help what can i do

Are you saying that the mother of your other four children won't let you claim paternity? If you do claim paternity, then your ability to support your children will get spread out over your five children. The court will take into consideration the income of both the mother of your one child for that child's support, and the mother of your four children for those children's support.
