Child Support Fraud

My daughters father only turned in one W2 from when we were at a hearing for child support at the CSEA office. 15 months later i find out that he does not make 40g a year he really makes 150g a year. Question is, Is there a time frame for fraud like this? Is there anyway to get the back support? THank you.

Statutte of limitations on fraud is 4 years. You need to file a motion in court to modify child support in court, not with the agency. Also, file a report with the prosecutor for possible criminal charges.
