Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

child support

friend of the courts in rochester, New York has sent me a change of cost of living for my child. I am no longer employed due to the economy. I have decided to go back to school to make myself more employable. Every time I go to court they never give me a reduction of support payment. What can I do to stop them from increasing my payment from $168.00 a week to $198.00. Is there any precedents or any statutes that could stop the increase and maybe even lower the support order? thank you in advence for your answer.
