Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child support

A girl that i had been dating for some time recently told me that she is pregnant and wants to keep it. she says that i do not have to be involved; if i can have her sign a document that says that i am not now or ever will be responsible for child support will that clear the issue.

No. I think she would probably need to adopt the child from you after birth. (I am pretty sure that would work).
