Child Support - Health Benefits

I would like to put my children onto my health insurance instead of using my ex-wifes. It would just as good and substantially cheaper. My child support is extremely high because she uses a flex plan which she gets money back from but the initial cost of the insurance was what was charged to me for child support. It is unfair that she gets money back ($6,000) last year and I have to pay the portion of $9700 so I want to remedy this.

You need to file with your local county CSEA to have them do a health insurance determination.
