child support

my husband is in prison for sexual battery on my daughter, his stepdaughter. we have a daughter who is 8 can or how can i get child support for her. i would also like to seek a divorce.

I would ask for temporary support from the Court as part of your original filing of a complaint for divorce. If you are receiving public assistance due to his imprisonment, the Child Support Enforcement Agency should also be of help to you.
