Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

How much child support do I ask for?

My husband and I are seperating and right now I don't want to make anything legal until he knows for sure this is what he wants, I am wondering how much child support I am entitled to for our two year old.

Child support in Ohio is based on the combined income of both parents. The total annual obligation starts at between 15% and 18% of that figure. Contact me for more exact figures.

Child support is based upon guidelines. You can get the child support started without need of a lawyer. Contact your local Child Support Enforcement Agency. Believe it or not they will work out the child support for you. By going to CSEA, you are not legally separated or divorced though. I hope this helps.
