child support (while being in iraq)

my husband is in iraq so his child support is being lowered but his ex wife keeps fighting it (troy ohio) i have POA so i can go there for him and have once already but my ? is can they do this since he is over there i thought you could not take someone to court that was fighting in war) for me but I keep getting the run around from the courts and now they say that they will not except me POA to stand in for my husband..what should i do?????

You and he need to hire an attorney to represent him, or in the alternative, you need to contact his commanding officer and see if a JAG lawyer can be assigned to him.
