Child support

I have a child, Iv'e never been married, the proven father was odered to pay child support 2 months ago has not done so. can i legally tell him he can't see my child until he pays child support?

Payment of child support and visitation (Parenting time) are mutually exclusive issues. If there is not a current parenting time order you would not be in violation of a court order for denying visitation. However, if there is a parenting time order you could be in contempt of court for denying visitation.

If there is no child visitation order, then you don't have to let him do anything. However, if there is an order, then you must follow it. Child support and visitation ARE NOT mutually dependent.

No way. Child support and visitation are two separate issues. Only the court can cut off his visits.
