Child Support

I would like to know how I would go about modifying my child support?

You can go the the child support enforcement agency and request the change. but the agency will only modify if there has been a change in position and the modification would result in a change in payments in excess of 10%.

You can either request a modification packet from your county CSEA, or file a motion in the court where you got your divorce to have your support modified.
