child support
On my child support payments, I have to pay back child support of $9,000.00, but at that time I was still liveing with my wife and son. what type of form do I use to file in juvenile court. which wi arrears I should not have to pay. Please help if you can.

The web site for the Cuyahoga County domestic Realations Court has a form for a motion to modify the arrearages. If she will agree then you can also have her sign an order with the modification. Otherwise the Court will schedule a hearing.
