Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

child support

My child support was set 3 years ago and after being put off for 3 years(Iwas told the only thing in my file was a number, no calculations) I was just now given the paperwork on calcs. They were all wrong. Way too high. My wife gave them the numbers. I was not given a chance to submit anything. The gross is wrong by $25,000 a yr too high and my insurance not entered $11,000 a yr. From my estimates I overpaid $400/mth for 3 yrs. How do I recoup my money? Child Support Agency says not their problem. I have to go to court. In front of the judge that set it too high and allowed the wrong information to be used. OH BY THE WAY, the judge is my ex wifes cousin. Can I recoup this money or am I just out? Our divorce is in the appeals process in Ohio because as you can guess I got a major one sided judgement from the relative judge. Can the money be taken off of the amount I will have to pay her in the end for property division etc.
