Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Child Support/False Documents
We divorced in 1995, he was making 100K and was self employed. Approx. in 2000 our son went to live with his father, and then there was a review of child support. I had quit my job and was in college full time. They still used my old salary being told that it was what I was capable of making...except they accepted my ex's Documents saying he made 50K they did not use what he was capable of making (100K) I just found out a few months ago when daughter asked for his tax docs for financial aid, he told her that he was making over 200K. (at the time he was still making child supp. pymts based on 50K)
You can't live in a home with a 2500/mo mortg. and have new vehicles and only make 50K. He lived a high class lifestyle with jet skis and a camper and an new suburban and another new truck. Can I go back NOW and sue him for what he should have been paying? .I'm sure he gave false documents......What can I do????

Re: Child Support/False Documents
One can sue on the basis of a fraudulent divorce settlement agreement.
