Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child support/visitation

I have been officially divorced since 01/04, but my ex left 01/03. To date I have received $55.00 in child support and he almost never sees his son, age 4. He only works once in a while and always has excuses why he can't have his son this or that weekend. For example, he quit his job the weekend after our divorce was final and official child support and visitation was established. What can I do to enforce his child support and visitation? He is now living with another woman who doesn't seem to mind supporting him. I need the financial support for our son (and the occassional break!). What can I do?

Re: Child support/visitation

You need to file a motion to show cause as to the child support, as well as an order for him to seek work.
