child visitation agreement
My ex and I typed an agreement to change the original visitation schedule and had it notirized in Ohio in 2004, Is this a legal document? The original divorce was in 2000.

It is if you agreed in your shared parenting plan to make changes this way. Otherwise, it can be used as proof of modifying the visitation schedule if one of you chooses to present this issue before the court.
