Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Child visitation
My ex and I split, we were never married. Is it against the law for me to demand to see my child without a court order of visitation?

Re: Child visitation
Its not against the law, but without an order of paternity, she could deny you visitation. Once you get paternity established, you would be entitled to the standard order of visitation, presuming that there are no factors which would preclude your visitation.
