child visitation/rights

My ex-husband and his new wife hid my daughters cell phone from her that I bought her. They told her she was not allowed to have any contact with me when she is at their house. Is there anything I can do about this?

Go back to the shared parenting plan to see what the two of you agreed to regarding communication with the child. Remind him of that. Try to discuss the problem to find out your part in it. If not, try mediation through the court.
