child visits and child support

im am currently paying child support but got put in jail on DV charges against her mother how will this effect my monthly payments when I get out and how soon can I file for visits with my daughter

You need to continue child support as ordered unless there is a change of circumstances. Your DV probably would not justify changing the child support order. You should still be able to have contact with your daughter soon after your are released; however, the visits may be supervised because of the DV, at least until you can prove to the court that your conduct has improved.
