children moving to the other spouses house

i am 15 and i live with my mom who is divorced she has a boyfriend who lives with us and me and my sister have been fighting with both of them for over a decade and he has threatened to beat us and they curse at us and say things that we shouldn't be hearing and me a nd my sister don't even want to come home anymore and bottom line is that me and my sister want to move in with our real dad but our mom has full custody of us and wont let us and my real dad never pay child support and he is not acactly the greates dad in the world but we love him and he loves us and we are more comfortable around him and want to be with him and my mom and her boyfriend both hate him they tell us that he is a worthless bestard and all he is is fat and lazy and say so many negative things to us and it is mentally and emotionally stressfull and we want out for good but i don't know how to get us out and thats why i need your help. so please tell me what to do to get out of this hell hole! thank you

Have you tried to talk to a social worker at child protective services? If you don't know how to contact this agency where you currently live, are you able to talk with your school guidance counselor to direct you? Or to your minister to direct you? Try seeking the information this way, then try contacting this agency.
