Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

children

i am having problems with childrens services. this is my 3 dealing with them and my 2nd case. i haven't seen or heard from caseworker at all and haven't had my phonecall returned. should i be worried and my 'husband' and his girlfriend know more about this case than i do. what can i do to find these things out before there is a possibility of my world falling apart.ie: for instance if my kids were to be taken away. is there anything i can to to prevent this in any way?? what are the laws for open cases with them? are they violating any laws by not telling me anything and avoiding me??

Re: children

I think you need an attorney, these types of cases can be very complicated and can possibly lead to a permenant removal of the children. I believe you can request a court appointed attorney. You should call the judges office and ask. If you can't get one, I have a good deal of experience in these cases and would be glad to quote you a retainer. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
