Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Childsupport and the unemployed

I have been ordered to pay childsupport. I have been unemployed for over a year, and, attempted several times to apply for disability( without success). They are still charging me full rate of childsupport though unemployed. What if anything can I do about this? They know I am unemployed.
