Civil suit for adultry

My job required me to train several new people from another state, during the course of this training activity I had several of these new employees over to our home for cook-outs, team building etc..during my travels my wife developed a relationship with one of these new employees, of whom I actually hired. This has had an incredible impact on both my job preformance and chances for advancement in the future as now everyone knows of this affair, not to metion the divorce that is taking place as a result. I would like to know if there is any legal action that I can take on the responsibile parties?? My company has to relocate me to a new plant as I can no longer work in the same department as this ''employee''

If you live in Ohio there is no cause of action. what you describe is called alienation of affection. this was abolished in Ohio about 20 years ago.
