claiming child on taxes

Is there any rulings on the custodial parent claiming a child on income tax when they have full custody & are in the same tax bracket ? Court papers state the other parent takes the child.

The dependent child deduction goes to the person who has greater custody of the child or goes to the person that is agreed upon in the divorce documents.
