Cohabitation

What evidence and/or proof would I need to prove without a doubt that my ex wife is cohabitating with her boyfriend in the state of Ohio?

The best way to prove cohabitation is through the work of a private investgator. Besides checking tax returns, public assistance records, housing records, school records, and various other sources, the work of a private investigator can be invaluable in your situation.

Great Question. I don't know where your divorce is out of (i.e., Ohio or Michigan). I can only tell you that in Ohio, cohabitation is more than living together. The courts down here generally believe that cohabitation is financial commingling such like a marriage. Does he support her is the big question. Who pays the rent, utlities, etc. Looking at the finances is the best way. There are other ways, but I can only help you if you divorce is from Ohio.
