Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

collecting Child support

I live in Ohio and not receiving child support. My ex had 50% custody but stopped seeing my son 3/17/2006. Do I need to hire an attorney to modify or original agreement and start collecting. Our agreement stated I was not to receive child support.

Re: collecting Child support

Child support orders can be modified and you do not need legal representation to change the current arrangement.

Yes, you must have a child support redetermination, and an attorney would be helpful.
