Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Collecting child support

I have a child support order in Hamilton County, but now reside in Cuyahoga. The father who hasn't had contact in over three years stopped paying support over 12 months ago.For various reasons,I don't want to have to go back to court, but the CSEA isn't doing anything alhtough he owes over $3000 dollars and IS working.I have his address and SS number. Is there any way to search public records to determine where he is employed so that I can report him to the CSEA and avoid having to face the hassle of going to court.

Re: Collecting child support

Now is a good time to contact CSEA as you can file the appropriate forms to attach his tax refund he may be owed from the IRS. Other than that you would have to go to Court to follow through.
