Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
common law
I'm in a relationship. I am 57..he is 46. We've been in the relationship for 13 years. In 1993 I owned my home and property. We then decided to move in together. I tore down my old house and he bought and moved in a brand new double wide mobil home on to my property. On March 8,2003 he began an affair with a 20 yr old girl that he has known for 5 years. He now wants to move out and sell me the mobil home.Question:do I have any rights to this home without purchaceing (giving him any money for it)?On March 18,1996 we did have a will drawn up so that if either of us died my children would get the property and his daughter would get the mobil home.I was ready to retire this year in August now if I have to buy this from him I'll have to work another 5 years to age 63. He has at least 10 more good years he can work.Also...since we moved in together he has never bought groceries, paid an electric bill, water, sewer or garbage pick-up.

Re: common law
I am sorry but we only handle immigration cases in Ohio and Family law cases in Florida.
