Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

contempt in separation agreement

I had to take my x to court for contempt on our separation agreement. The outcome is pending and he is supposed to pay me $16000 of which he only gave me $7350. I cannot afford the monthy payments as the interest on the credit card is bad...Someone is willing to lend me the money to pay it off interest free...will this hurt anything if I pay it off before the situation is settled?
