Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

continued appeals

My ex husband has been in and out of state mental hospitals for over 10 years now. He has tried to kill me and his own Mother, and made death threats to numerous doctors, case workers and judges over these years. He just came off 5 years of criminal probation for threating harm against 2 county judges....such said probation was violated 7 times with not much done. He has not seen our youngest son for over 2 years now due to the child going to court and talking to a liasion appointed by the court stating that he has witnessed his fathers mental illness and that father was abusive to him and he no longer wanted contact . Also the court noted his repeated refusal to stay on his court ordered medications over the years , and therefor took away his parental rights. He has an attorney who has fought tooth & nail......all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court on his behalf of a forced medications order (which he won) and have now reopened this visitation/parental rights case for the 3rd time. Is there a limit to the amount of times a person can do this ? My Ex is obsessed with the courts and filing appeals. Could i file a civil/criminal harassment case against him ?

Re: continued appeals

This sounds as though you need to take some action. Depending upon his level of aggression or how threatened you are, consider pursuing a restraining order or supervised visitation for the child. I recommend that you contact an attorney.
