What would it cost me

If I get a divorce after 20 years .

we have one child a girl 14.

Will I have to pay any alimony?and how much child support will I have to pay and for how long. And Will I lose any of my retirement after 23 years on the job.She makes $17.280 peryear, and I make 47.700 peryear. Thanks

In Ohio, each spouse is required to support the other in the manner in which they were accustomed while married, so spousal support for such a long marriage is a virtual certainty. More information is needed for exact child support numbers, and only the last 20 years of your retirement, plus any appreciation, would be subject to division by the court.
