Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

If, while a couple is legally separated and awaiting the dissolution of the marriage, one of the spouses wins the lottery, is that spouse legally obligated to share the winnings with the estranged spouse?

Not unless this is put in the separation agreement between the parties. If it was me I would not sign the separation agreement or agree to the dissolution until this issue is resolved. You will definitely want an attorney to represent you and I would be happy to help.
