If A coupple Are not married but they have A child together And The father owns the home can the mother take it from him. espccially if she is the one that wants to break up

In Ohio, having a child with another person will not entitle the other person to take your home. The only way that could happen would be if you got behind on child support and the court forced you to sell the home to pay the amount due and owing.
