Credit Cards Accounts in Spouses Name
What responsibility do I have to repay credit cards that are in my spouses name when divorced? I did not use and was not authorized to use?

Depends on the language of the divorce decree. Prior to that, if the debt is a marital debt, in that the marriage or both its members were benefitted by it, then you would be responsible for half.
