custodial parent cohabitating with boyfriend and moving child out of private sch

My boyfriends former wife (custodial parent) is moving his daughter in with her boyfriend an hour away in June 2001. She is taking her out of a private school setting and away from her friends of several years to do this. Is there any legal recourse to stop this action?

The Court will not stop the ex wife from moving, but the Court can modify visitation and/or custody. Your boyfriend may want to mdify custody so that the child can stay in the same locale. In other words, he needs to file a motion with the Court.
