Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I currently have a custody agreement in place; however their father has not experienced his right to see them in over three years, he is be hide on child support, and just decided he wants to see the oldest child who is 5 and not my 3 year old.
My youngest son has health issues should I go back to court to keep my kids safe. Their father has been in trouble with the law for theft and drugs and in prison. Can I keep them away

In Ohio, if the father is behind on child support, then you can bring a motion for him to show why he should not be held in contempt of court for failure to pay child support.
If you think that the custody order is no longer in the best interest of the child because there has been a change in circumstances (his not seeing the children for so long) and that this change in circumstances makes the present custody order not to be in the best interests of the children, then you can petition the court for a new custody order.
