Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

custody

I have a daughter by birth that i had given all parental rights to her maternal grandparents. At this time they are wanting to return parental rights and custody to me. She resides in Kentucky and I live on ohio. Since two states are involved what proceedures need to be taken for this to happen?
