Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I haven't had custody of my daughter and pay child support but my mom past in November sense January my daughter has been leaving with me she is now 18 what do I need to do to stop child support and get legal custody of her

If she is 18 years old you cannot file for custody of her since she is an adult. However, you can ask that the child support be terminated. This will continue until she is out of high school or reaches the age of 19.
