custody

my grand daughter lives with her mom and step dad.he was just charged with a 3 degree arrson.what chance does my son have of get custody .if so what should we do next

I cannot tell you your chances. But this is a circumstance where the court would probably review the custody arrangement and possibly allow for a change. To do so, your son would have to file a post-decree motion to change custody.
