custody of grandaughter
My daughter has not been a good mother for the past 3 years and now she is moving the kids to Flordia and my 13 year old grandaughter does not want to go because her mom steals and is hanging with people that do drugs. What can I do to get custody of this poor little child.

You need to file an action in juvenile court for legal custody. I would then ask for an order prohibiting her from moving the children until the case is decided. If you are intrested, I have done many of these and would be glad to give you a free consultation.
