Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Custody

Me and my husband have custody of my children. One of my children has decided to live with his natural dad (my ex husband) and possibly go to school where he lives. Are there any forms online that I can use to give him the permission to enroll him in school and give him custody while my son is with him?

I doubt there are any online forms for a change of custody. In a case like this, where everyone is in agreement you can probably just type up a motion, file it, and then go talk to the assigned judge (probably his/her clerk or baliff) and explain what you are doing. It will probably expedite matters. If you e-mail me, I can probably sketch out a rough form I can send you. Although, on second thought, the Court itself may have forms it prefers that you can fill out. Hope this helps.
