Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

custody issues

I am a 14 year old boy. i was taken from my parent for awhile because of domestic violence (my dad hit my mom). now my parents are living with me and my grandparents. (my grandparents are now my legal guardians.) My father now hits me and owes child support to people in michigan. Is there any way I can have my parents removed from my grandparents home? or atleast my dad?

Re: custody issues

You, as a child, have no power to remove your parents, but you and your grandparents can file police reports against your parents, and they may be charged with domestic violence. If your grandparents allow your parents to hurt you, they may be in trouble with the probate court.
