custody

i live in ohio with my 5 kids and would like to leave the father of my kids. Child support has already been set, when i told him i was leaving he blew up with threats everywhere, i fear not for my life for my kids lives. i want to leave the state is that a problem, we live togethr and im leaving anyway i jsut wanted to know if i would face charges

If you actually fear for your life or the lives of your children, please locate a safe place to be in your community in the event there should be a blow up. Contact children's protective services in your county and speak to a social worker for advice. Then, work on arrangements for leaving the state. Right now, safety is your first concern.
