Custody Matter/Child Support

My ex-husband is 6 months behind in child support...can I legally keep the children from visitation until he pays his obligation?

No, you are not allowed to take such an action without court action. File a Motion to Show Cause in Contempt against him for the support, and lett he court sanction him.
